Below are the peak times to get the most clicks, shares, likes and comments on each social media platform. You can mix it up or experiment with other high-engagement times as well. Try posting Saturday or Sunday at 1PM on Facebook. For Instagram, try any weekday 8-9AM or 5PM. Twitter, try any weekday at 12PM. On LinkedIn, Thursdays seem to do well at 7–8:30AM or 5–6PM.
The most important metrics to monitor here are the upstream metrics: Post Reach and Post Engagement. But overall success is measured by your KPI # of Conversions, which is driven by the upstream metrics. If you boost the posts with the link to your website (which should prompt visitors to call or schedule an appointment online), you should experience an even higher rate of conversions as your post reach increases, and thus, post engagment does as well. Have your marketing team edit posts as needed to drive conversions for your audience!
